Since our inception, Vantage Recruiting LLC
has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality search practice.

As a former financial advisor ,  I started Vantage as a consulting service to both clients and candidates . We pride ourselves in formulating a process of successfully matching financial advisors with the best option for them based on their goals at diffent stages of their life. This "matchmaking process" helps to increase the hiring ratio for our clients , in that we use over three hundred filters to find quality, committed, passive candidates who match each clients perferred criteria. This time tested formula expediates the hiring process due to the fact that the candidate is recruited exclusively for each client . 


Unlike contingent recruiting firms that may be charging a percentage of trailing twelve month production, costing the clients a significant amount of dollars without any guarantees . Vantage assigns a complete recruiting team with the sole purpose of presenting passive candidates first and foremost at half the cost with guaranteed results.
